For example trading of services and goods of govt. agencies, repayment of business taxes etc. are of that type. The next one takes place between consumers or private individuals and that is termed as Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) E commerce. Selling and buying of cars between individuals is C2C E commerce. M-commerce (mobile commerce) is the next type in which wireless technology is involved in the buying and selling of services and goods. Mobile banking and ticketing are of this type.

The process to go about it

In the process of E commerce firstly a customer gets connected to the merchant’s website by using Web browser in the internet. Then the consumer needs to browse the systematic list of items available on the corresponding site and choose items to purchase accordingly. Then the chosen items are placed on a shopping cart developed by an electronic equivalent. After the confirmation is done by the consumer he or she has to provide the required bill and address for delivery. Then a confirmation receipt of purchase is displayed on the merchant’s site and then the order is forwarded by the site to a processing network to cover the remaining operations.

The marketing of the website by launching the support system is utmost necessary to gain success within the right time.
